The God Save The Fan (Paperback Edition) Now Available

I have a few issues with this new publication:

There is blatant false advertising on the front cover of this book. Mr. Leitch is no longer blackballed by ESPN; see the Deadspin reference smack dab in the middle of the most recent Simmons chatstravaganza.
The softcover publication of this volume means that the hardcover is probably now readily available for about five bucks in remainder/bargain bins in fine bookshops around the country. There’s a recession on, you do the math.
27% new more material? With his new heavy load of print and freelance work, I sincerely hope Mr. Leitch hasn’t dipped into the stash of performance-enhancing supplements from Gawker Media, ca. 2006.
Leitch says there are no plans for a book tour. Once again, he avoids the coveted Cleveland market.

In all seriousness, congratulations Will, I hope it sells well. Any truth to the rumor that Drew was seen hiding copies behind his book?
